Terms and Conditions

Quotes

Indicate quote number on purchase orders to receive quoted prices.

Quotes are only valid until date indicated.
Quotes are not valid if customer’s account is 60 days or more past due.

Shipping

Drop shipments available.
FedEx and Spee-Dee shipped prepaid and add or collect (Please specify).
Handling charges added to all PP&A shipments.
Unknown carrier charges incurred at delivery will be billed (ex. undisclosed residential address or need of a liftgate).
Pallet charges may apply when a pallet is required.
Free delivery in the Quad Cities area for product orders over $50

Lost or Damaged Filters

Customer is responsible for letting carrier know about damaged or missing filters. This must be noted on the carrier’s freight bill – without this, a claim cannot be filed.

File all claims with TellusFilters.com immediately. TellusFilters.com will make a replacement order when notified.

Return Goods Policy

Credit for returns will be allowed only when authorized by TellusFilters.com’s Return Department.

Standard products must be in resellable condition for credit to be allowed.
Non-Standard products ordered in error may not be returned for credit
Standard products returned resulting from customer error must be shipped back prepaid freight and a 15% restocking charge assessed.

All returned filters will be inspected to determine usability. If unacceptable, the value of that portion will be deducted from credit given.

Returns are only allowed up to six months from the date of the invoice. Credits are void after 6 months. After 30 days products cannot be returned.

1/8″ tolerance each way on all filters

Nominal and Special sizes

All permanent, standard sized filters are undersized ½” length and width, ⅛” on thickness. All disposable, standard sized filters vary between ¼” to ⅝” undersized depending upon size.

If you are unsure if filter size is stock or custom, please indicate the exact size.

Custom sizes will be made to exact dimensions indicated on order. (Custom sizes ordered incorrectly cannot be returned.)

Remittance

Please indicate invoice number with remittance check to ensure accuracy. Because of the unsettled raw material costs – these prices may change without notice!
